Questions families ask

Don't see yours? Call 678-862-8901.

What is a CNA, and how is that different from a nurse?

A certified nursing assistant has completed state-approved training and passed a competency exam. CNAs provide hands-on personal care like bathing, mobility, and vital signs. They don't perform skilled nursing tasks such as injections or wound treatment that require a licensed nurse.

How many hours of care can we schedule?

As few or as many as you need, from a few hours a week to around-the-clock coverage. We'll recommend a schedule during your assessment and adjust it anytime.

How do you choose which caregiver comes to our home?

We match based on care needs, schedule, location, and personality. If the fit isn't right, tell us and we'll make a change.

Are your caregivers background checked?

Yes. Every CNA's certification is verified and each completes a background check before working with clients.

Can you help with someone who has dementia?

Yes. Our caregivers use calm routines, gentle redirection, and memory-friendly activities, and we plan for safety concerns like wandering.

How do we pay for care?

Most families pay privately. Some long-term care insurance policies and other programs may cover in-home care. Call us and we'll walk through your options.

What happens if our regular caregiver is sick?

We'll arrange a qualified backup CNA and brief them on your loved one's care plan before they arrive.

Better care. Brighter lives.
